Here’s a great sounding F5 built by one of Japan’s most renowned luthiers, Eiichi Sumi. Sumi is widely recognized for his partnership with the Kentucky company throughout the 1980s, during which time he helped to produced the now-famed KM-Dawg mandolins in collaboration with John Monteleone and David Grisman. This is a strong, well-appointed, bluegrass mandolin that holds its own against many American-built mandolins with significantly higher price tags.

Two-piece maple back, tone bar bracing, flat fingerboard, 1 1/8” nut. Shipped in a hard case. Please reach out with any questions!
